Getting Started as a Partner
This walks through becoming a reseller of Anava through Google Cloud Marketplace — the primary partner track — end to end, then briefly covers the managed-service (wholesale) path. See the sales model FAQ for how billing and discounts work on each.
Reselling Anava through Google Cloud Marketplace
1. Apply to Anava
Go to anava.ai/partners/apply and tell us about your business and the clients you're planning to bring on. You can check your application's status at any time at anava.ai/partners/apply/status.
2. Join Google Cloud Partner Network and get authorized in its Resale Subprogram
If you're already a Google Cloud reseller, skip ahead. If you're new to Google Cloud, this is the step that makes reselling possible at all — Anava can't sell on your behalf without it. Google's guide for new resellers is support.google.com/channelservices/answer/10223784; the requirements are at docs.cloud.google.com/marketplace/docs/partners/resellers/resell. Anava walks you through Google's process.
3. Share your reseller billing account ID with Anava
Once you're authorized, send us the ID of your reseller Cloud Billing account so we can send your reseller private offer plan to it.
4. Anava sends you a reseller private offer plan
Anava sends you a multi-use reseller private offer plan carrying your tier's partner discount (see tiers and discounts).
5. Accept it once, in Partner Sales Console
Accept the plan in Partner Sales Console. This is a one-time step — you don't accept a new plan per client.
6. For each client, set up a resold subaccount and create a private offer
Set up a resold Cloud Billing subaccount for the client, then create a private offer at your own price (how to create private offers). The client accepts it on Google Cloud Marketplace, using a Google account with access to the billing subaccount you created for them, and activates Anava from the Marketplace order.
Before you invest time preparing terms for a client, register the opportunity in the partner console at anava.ai/partners — this tells Anava about the opportunity so deals aren't worked from two directions at once; see the sales model FAQ for what registering does and does not guarantee.
Running your managed service on Anava (wholesale)
If you deliver your own monitoring service to clients who never deal with Google or Anava directly, apply for the managed-service track instead — see Managed Services for what's involved. This track is by application; managed service partners are onboarded individually. You buy Anava once through Google Cloud Marketplace on your own billing account, at a wholesale discount, and operate every client tenant from one partner console.
Support while you're onboarding
If something isn't working, or you have a question along the way, reach us through Contact Anava. There is no dedicated partner support channel open yet — see Support for what's available today.
Terms may change; your signed partner terms govern.
